WTW has created two units within its Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) insurance consulting and technology business, EMEA P&C and EMEA Life, in response to client demand and the rise of AI.
Tim Rourke will take on the role of EMEA P&C leader. He has been at WTW for around eight years, most recently as UK head of P&C pricing, product, claims and underwriting.
Michael Klüttgens will become the EMEA life leader. He has worked at WTW for nearly 11 years, most recently as divisional leader for Northern and Central Europe
Tammy Richardson, who was European regional leader for insurance consulting and technology, will take on a “broader, critical role to execute the business’ global AI transformation strategy”.
WTW said that the changes would “enable deeper expertise, more consistent delivery, and to drive innovation at scale and speed, while creating a stronger platform for sustainable growth”.
