ResQ has a programmatic interface, so you can integrate it with pretty much any other system. Bespoke applications can be built with an ability to take data from external sources and put them into ResQ as well and taking them out of ResQ. It also has an integrated scripting solution.

ResQ also has the ability to be built into workflow tools, and has bespoke integration features for use with Willis Towers Watson's automated process workflow solution, Unify.
