Free webinar: risk-based capital framework compliance challenges for Asian insurers

29 January 2021

Join us on 2 February for a webinar on the challenges of complying with risk-based capital (RBC) frameworks in Asia.

The regulatory environment in Asia is changing fast in multiple countries.

In August 2020, the Inland Revenue Authority in Singapore issued guidelines regarding the taxation of insurers and reflecting changes made to the RBC framework in the transition from the old one.

The Insurance Authority in Hong Kong announced its intentions to introduce an RBC framework, which initially was slated for 2021, but has subsequently been pushed back to 2024.

And last year, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission laid out its intentions to review the current China Risk Oriented Solvency System, with the release of Phase II rules expected to come out in March.

Amongst all these changes, how are insurers expected to cope? And what will the impacts be on investment decisions and asset allocations?

Join us on the 2nd and ask our panellists your questions:
