Decision Focus wins the ERM end-to-end solution of the year title for the multiple ways it is helping insurance companies in the US with all aspects of operational risk.
InsuranceERM's judges liked how vendor's module-based software encapsulates the huge breadth of operational risks – ranging from information security, operational resilience and product governance to regulatory reporting and policy governance.
The low-code aspects of the platform were also commended for enabling scalability.
Decision Focus says a key element of the platform is integrated assurance, which allows all areas of operational risk to be connected, such as product governance and operational resilience.
Jeff Robinson, a partner at Decision Focus, tells InsuranceERM the US market is of great importance to the British company.

Robinson says the second half of this year will involve enhancements to Decision Focus's modules, both in terms of features and offerings.
He explains: "Decision Focus will also be focusing on an expanded footprint across the market. Our business focus is on doubling down on our module launches. We recently launched four new modules; we plan to add another four before [the] end of 2023. These will include expansion and revamping of features within the existing products, and inclusion of the Enterprise Compliance Engine for the new product suite, including building on our recent integration with leading AI solutions."
He adds the InsuranceERM award is testament to the innovation, energy and shared vision within the Decision Focus team to drive first-class results for its customers.
