The North American CRO Council has announced the chief risk officers (CROs) who will lead the organisation in 2026.
Sarah Williams, CRO at Guardian Life, has been elected chair. Her other roles include serving on the Insurance Policy Advisory Committee of the Federal Reserve Board since 2021. She is also chair of the American Council of Life Insurers’ federal regulation and investments committee.
Meyrick Douglas, CRO at Prudential Financial, has been elected vice-chair.
