- Judith L. French, director of the Ohio Department of Insurance, French is also a member of the Life Insurance and Annuities Committee at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in the US
- Eugene Dimitriou, deputy director for long-term and financial risk, supervision (actuarial services) at the Bermuda Monetary Authority, will also be part of the panel
