InsuranceERM is pleased to announce nine additions to its list of people influencing the development of risk and capital management at insurers in Europe.

If there is one major theme to the selections this year, it is the people who will be reshaping the landscape of prudential regulation in the wake of Brexit, but also in the upcoming revisions to Solvency II’s standard formula and long-term guarantees package.

International regulations are also moving on apace. With another round of field testing for the Insurance Capital Standard due this year and big questions over the framework for managing systemic risk, representatives from the world’s largest re/insurers will be keeping their eyes on developments.

We are also pleased to recognise a long-serving contributor the development of risk management practice, and a senior executive that is making the effort to bring on the next generation of talent in the insurance sector.
